Rowena M. Lancelot is elected as Auxiliary President of VFW ‘Robert W. Zaher’ Post 2485 Auxiliary for 2024-2025 and presently the appointed Auxiliary Secretary. She has served the organization as Auxiliary Secretary, Historian and Patriotic Instructor. A Life Member, Rowena joined on the eligibility of her husband, Jacques Lancelot, who served in the United States Army for 20 years, an active Life Member of VFW Post 2485, a Grand MOC Surgeon 2024-2025, and MOC Pup Tent 15 Adjutant 2024-2025. Rowena is a retired Overseas Contract Worker (OCW) after 28 years working as an Administrative Assistant in a specialized hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where she met her husband. Rowena has a bachelor's degree in commerce (Cum Laude) and a master’s degree in business administration from Far Eastern University. She also worked as an Exec Secretary for 8 years in the Office of Legislative / Legal Affairs, Department of Foreign Affairs while teaching night classes at the University of Manila and Far Eastern University. Rowena resides in Pulilan, Bulacan with her husband and two fur babies (Matt and Luke). In her spare time Rowena enjoys reading, cooking, crafting, crocheting, cross stitching, knitting, sewing, and interacting with veterans. She believes that sharing talents is a way to open up to new opportunities and experiences that leads to personal, professional and team growth.

Amie Myers is a Life Member of the VFW Auxiliary and The Fraternal Order of Eagles. Amie was born in Angeles City Philippines and has been married to her husband Michael “Migz” Myers, a VFW Gold Legacy Life member, for 40 years. They have three children and three grandchildren. Amie Myers has been living back & forth between the United States and the Philippines for over 30 years. During this time, she has been well known for doing all kinds of humanitarian and outreaches not only in her neighborhood but also in other provinces across the Philippines. In 1990, she was involved with military wives and children during Desert Storm while they were stationed at George Air Force Base in California. She also worked at Army Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES) in McGuire Air Force Base as a customer service supervisor. Her family later moved to Iowa where she worked two jobs; one as a banker with Norwest/Wells Fargo, all while raising her three young children. She was actively involved with Junior Achievement in the local schools, she taught from kindergarten to High School in the Pleasant Valley School District. She was also PTA Treasurer in Riverdale Heights Elementary School. Her and her family were members of the Filipino-American Association, where she served as vice president. From 1995-1999, her involvement with Hearts and Hammers, March of Dimes, 4th of July and Festival of Trees in Iowa earned her Volunteer of the Year for three consecutive years. She is currently active with different outreach groups in the Philippines, including The Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles) Magalang Banal na Bundok Eagles Club, a non-profit organization that believes in service through strong brotherhood, who recently coordinated their annual tree planting project last July, and distributed school supplies to less fortunate students in multi cities across the country. Her passion and dedication to serving people and the community are immeasurable

Alma Tagumpay Damron joined the VFW Post 2485 Auxiliary last August 2023 on the eligibility of her husband Earl Damron, an active VFW Member. She is a former Overseas Contract Worker for 18 years. In the mid of 2021, she resigned from her position as the Senior Training Consultant of an International Company in Doha, Qatar to join with her husband who had just completed his work contract in the Middle East. Alma and Earl have been together for 15 years. Prior to being an Overseas Contract Worker, Alma worked as Supervisor in two different companies in the Philippines after graduating from college. She graduated from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, main campus Sta. Mesa Manila in 1999 with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Marketing. She and her husband are happily living in Angeles City Pampanga for the past three years. She loves spending quality time and traveling with her husband whenever opportunities arise. As a VFW Auxiliary member, she finds herself happy and feels good in dedicating herself in serving our veterans, their families and community. She also serves as the Auxiliary Honor Guard Captain 2024-2025.
